Saying goodbye to my inguinal hernia

In 2009 I noticed an odd pain near my right groin when sitting for long periods at my desk. Knowing what I know now about health I would have paid attention to this messenger. At the time I did not.  Sometime later I was carrying a heavy item to my car and the hernia let go. I dropped the box and vomited with the pain.

And so began nearly 15 years of trial and error to deal with this.  I tried walking around with my hand pressing on it to get relief.  Not ideal when you need both hands, and people also wonder what you are doing. I tried strong duct tape – not a great idea when you are a hairy as me. I tried these weird undergarment that provide support ish!  The best assist I found was a plastic sunglasses case that had rounded sides and ends.  I could wedge this under the waistband and belt of my jeans and it did a pretty good job of supporting me. My thought was if I can provide support perhaps the tear or whatever it was would heal.

Saying goodbye to Shingles

Shingles | Herpes

Viruses has never been isolated and so are not at play, despite what the priests of medicine would have us believe.

My last bout with shingles in 2022 took about 6 weeks, and was very painful and unpleasant.

In December 2024 after running my Biophotonic bioresonance device on Heavy Metals Detox for 3 days I felt another round of shingles coming on. I’m feeling ropey, very tired and getting aches down the nerves, especially in my legs. I have thought for a good while that herpes and shingles are heavy metals related.

Challenging Perfectionism – From Misconceptions to Medical Realities

APR 02, 2024

I have a dream.

I have a dream we can live off the land, breathe in the fresh air, full of electricity that bathes our bodies in perfection, a world where man and animal live in vibrational perfection with nature, where a fundamental principle of life is to respect and never poison or pollute our bodies or our world. Where there is sacredness and carefulness and thoughtfulness. I dream of a world where vaccines are a mere memory of a massive mistake long learned from, where babies are born in nature into calmful and peaceful, welcome, pure waters, where no madmen draw lines in the sky that turn obviously to clouds to then rain down upon the innocent: the animals and the children, with their unsuspecting ways; where there is no natural weather tinkering, where the sun is present and we are connected to natural cycles and the aether once again. We would know how to sustain our lives and never need any idea of any industry whatsoever, as it all would be unnecessary, as we would live in complete communication and flow with our lives, in awareness and trauma-less. We would honour those elders who have retained their memories of history and are brave to share their knowledge. If we were imbalanced, we would use bells or elegant biofeedback to regain homeostasis, we would all hear the plant spirits when they called to us. Art and beautiful culture would flourish. In this world, the idea of disease would have become a mere fairytale of yore…
