P.S. We aren’t medical professionals, so the following products are intended to support overall health and well-being
Highly recommended #1: NMN
NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) is essential for generating NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide), a powerful molecule found in every cell of our body. It’s involved in hundreds of metabolic processes, provided energy, boosts metabolism, and supports cellular health. In our younger years, we have a healthy supply of NAD+, which supports overall health and keeps us looking (and feeling) vibrant. As we age, NAD+ levels decline causing aging to become apparent and increasing the risk of chronic diseases.
Benefits of taking NMN
- Aids the aging process
- Repairs damaged DNA
- Supports cell defence systems
- Coordinates circadian rhythms
- Staves off cell death
- Promotes cardiac health
- Improves chronic fatigue & lessens fibromyalgia symptoms

Factors that deplete NAD+ levels
- Natural aging (by age 50 we have HALF the NAD levels we had in our 20s!)
- Alcohol consumption
- Excessive UV exposure
- Sleep deprivation
- Poor diet
- Sedentary lifestyle

You can use NMN in powder or tablet form: we use this NMN, as it is the only NMN on the market that has been clinically proven to increase NAD levels.

Recommended #2: Omega 3
Omega-3 is a group of three essential fatty acids that our bodies need; these are the “good fats” you hear about. Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) comes mainly from plant oils and must be consumed through diet or supplements. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) are derived from animal fats and are critical for neurological, cardiovascular, and reproductive health.
Common symptoms of low Omega 3
- Joint pain & leg cramps
- Rough or dry, bumpy skin
- Dry, dull, brittle hair & dandruff
- Soft, peeling, or brittle nails
- Excessive thirst
- Difficulty sleeping
- Difficulty paying attention
- Excessive mood swings & depression

Benefits of taking Omega-3
- Reduced swelling & inflammation
- Minimised ear wax (and 14% reduction in associated hearing loss)
- Improved allergy symptoms (hives, asthma, eczema)
- Provides relief from difficult menstrual cycles
- Positively affects hormone production
- May reduce endometriosis lesion size

DHA (part of Omega-3), is particularly important for female reproductive health as it contributes to ovary health. Whilst it’s not a treatment for endometriosis, it can help manage symptoms and pain as it significantly decreases inflammation markers (chronic inflammation is a hallmark of this condition. You can read more on this topic here.
You can increase your Omega-3 intake through fish, flaxseeds, and hemp. For a larger boost you can also use fish-based omega supplements, or these vegan ones which are made from algae (so they have no negative impact on the marine ecosystem).

Recommended #3: Vitamin B Complex
The 8 B vitamins play a vital role in helping enzymes in our bodies perform various cellular functions, such as breaking down carbohydrates, transporting nutrients, and maintaining healthy brain function. Vitamin B complex is made up of thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), pyridoxine (vitamin B6), biotin, folic acid, and cobalamins (vitamin B12).
B vitamins can also play a role in preventing the onset of various types of cancer; some data shows that Vitamin B has been associated with a lower risk of skin cancer in particular, and that vitamin B6 may play a role in the prevention of Parkinson’s disease. B12 is particularly important as it helps to regulate and synthesise DNA, is needed in the metabolism of every cell in the body, and facilitates energy production. A deficiency of vitamin B12 can be linked to anaemia and may mimic the same symptoms, so if you’re taking iron but are still anaemic then there’s a strong chance you need to address your B12 levels.
Common symptoms of low B vitamins
- Extreme tiredness
- Numbness or pins & needles
- Palpitations
- Indigestion or loss of appetite
- Rapid breathing or shortness of breath
- Muscle weakness & balance issues
- Psychological problems (depression & anxiety)
- Memory, understanding & judgment issues (dementia)

Causes of vitamin B deficiency
- Lack of dietary vitamins
- Pernicious anaemia (prevents Vitamin B12 absorption)
- Crohn’s disease
- Certain medicines e.g. metformin, nitrous oxide & proton pump inhibitors

A varied diet usually provides enough B vitamins, however most people don’t consume enough fresh, organic, nutritional foods. Vegetarian and vegans are particularly at risk of B12 deficiency, especially if they have adopted this diet for a while, as it can take 2-5 years for problems to develop after a dietary change.
Recommended #4: Curcumin
Curcumin is the primary active component of turmeric, offering potent antifungal, antibacterial, antioxidant, and antibiotic properties. It also helps protect against age-related loss of function, boosts glutathione levels in tissues, and increases BDNF levels, aiding in reversing depression and brain degeneration associated with Alzheimer’s.
Benefits of curcumin
- Anti-ageing
- Anti-inflammatory (in the right dose it can be more effective than ibuprofen!)
- Prevents eye degeneration (glaucoma)
- Improves skin health (acne, eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis)
- Protects from free radicals
- Lowers blood pressure
Additional uses
- Easing osteoarthritis symptoms
- Treating & preventing diabetes
- Delaying or reversing Alzheimer’s
- Alleviating depression symptoms
- Potentially treating certain cancers
- Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis
- Improving IBS symptoms

You can read more about these specific studies in the following articles:

You can use turmeric in powder form, however this can be messy and it has an overpowering flavour. It also needs to be taken with piperine (a compound in black pepper), as this increase the Curcumin’s bioavailability by 2000%! We recommend these high-strength Curcumin tablets from Time Health for a maximum dose without the mess.

We use Spore Shore for our mushroom tinctures, but there are many excellent brands to explore.

Recommended #6: Organic Sprouting Seeds
Sprouts are edible baby plants harvested after just 3-6 days, at their peak nutritional potency. They are rich in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and plant compounds, which promote balanced blood sugar, mood, energy levels, and gut health. The best sprouting seeds I’ve found are from SkySprouts Organic
