Home remedy for osteoporosis | Osteoporosis Borax

This video gives you a very effective home remedy for osteoporosis. You can use borax to treat osteoporosis. You will also need magnesium. I’ll explain what Osteoporosis is, about your bones and what they need. We will also cover what raw materials you need, some lifestyle and diet changes, and why you should NOT take calcium supplements. I’ll also explain why the medication for osteoporosis can cause really serious problems. You cannot fix an organic problem with a synthetic solution.

You can easily manage and reverse osteoporosis once you understand what it is and what to do.

I mentioned borax as one of the solutions. Borax/boron also normalises the sex hormones which plays a role. It also assists bone growth and maintenance, prevents calcium loss and de-mineralisation.

I recently (28/02/2023) learned the saliva glands act as a symporter for boron. The best method of delivery for Borax is a pinch placed under the tongue. NaBC1 Transporter was first identified and shown to be expressed in the kidney and salivary glands. In the absence of borate, NaBC1 conducts sodium and OH. In the presence of borate, NaBC1 functions as an electronic Na-coupled co-transporter. The presence of this transporter in humans suggest it is essential for the body function.

Also get your pH up so your body does not ned to get calcium from the bones to buffer your pH. Bicarb of soda is good for that.
